ABS-CBN and INQ7 sleeping together?

Recently I've noticed that ABS-CBN news website has the same (almost identical) news to those found in INQ7.net Previously, most of the news came from either the news people of ABS-CBN or from their alliance with MANILA TIMES. INQ7 being partly a GMA network company, don't you think now it's odd (although not impossible) that rival networks are sharing the same stories?
