My Phoneline

I've been having trouble with my phoneline for a few days now. I have Globelines, I really don't have a problem with the service since it was installed. I think the problem is with my internal wirings, I still don't know. But I think the network has a problem as well, because everytime I would dial-up for the NetExpress (Globelines' own dial-up internet service), in the recent days would disconnect or I would have a hard time connecting OR getting a good speed.
