This is what I'm into now, SHERLOCK, a mini-series from BBC. It's set in the 21st Century (present time), with the same persons, except that it's happening today. He's even using text messaging. And Dr. Watson is an Afghanistan veteran. Very funny and interesting. They even used the same fast paced scoring from the SHERLOCK HOLMES movie of Robert Downey Jr.
